PLYMOUTH, IN — The Heartland Art Center proudly announces its 37th Annual Juried Regional Art Exhibition, on view from September 30 – November 1, 2025. This year’s exhibition features 143 works by 77 artists, representing an impressive range of talent from across northern Indiana and beyond.

The exhibition will culminate in a Closing Reception on Saturday, November 1, from 4–6 PM, with awards presented at 5 PM. Guests will enjoy live entertainment, refreshments, and the opportunity to meet artists and view works before they return home. The event is free and open to the public.

“Heartland Art Center exists to give artists a vital platform to share their creativity, connect with one another, and grow their work. At the same time, exhibits like the Juried Regional strengthen our community, sparking inspiration, drawing visitors, and contributing to the economic vitality of our region. Supporting local art isn’t just about culture, it’s about building a thriving community. We’re proud to celebrate both new voices and familiar artists in this year’s dynamic showcase,” said Anna Kietzman, President of Heartland Art Center.

The Heartland Art Center extends gratitude to the sponsors and donors who make this exhibition possible: Kelsie Berger, Biggby Coffee, Mike & Cindy Boener, Randy & Eleanor Danielson, Montgomery Well Drilling, Gibson Foundation, Mike & Tresa Hammond, Parker & Julia Haynes, Greg Hildebrand, Friends of Heartland, The Kietzman Family, Laney Family Honey, Jon Miller, PAN-O-PLY Story & Art Michiana, Marcia Price Art Fund, Ed & June Pullen, Christa Risher & Tim Overmyer, Carl & Tonya Stockberger, Gary & Jeannie Treat, Ren & Beverly Van Gilder, Bruce Wakeland & Margaret Baumer, and Kathy Zentz.

Heartland also acknowledges committee chair, Mary Szymczak, and the many dedicated volunteers who make this annual exhibition possible. As an all-volunteer organization, the Juried Regional relies on countless hours of behind-the-scenes work from artists and community members who care deeply about Heartland and this long-running event. Their commitment and energy keep the exhibition growing year after year, ensuring it remains both efficient and meaningful for artists and visitors alike.

In addition to the exhibition, Heartland will host its signature Black & White Gala and Auction on Friday, November 7, from 6–9:30 PM. The evening will feature silent and live auctions of art and experiences, live music, hors d’oeuvres, and more. Proceeds from the Gala support the Art Center’s ongoing renovation and programs, helping ensure the arts remain accessible and vital in Marshall County and beyond.  Tickets are available at www.heartlandartcenter.org.
