The Heartland Art Center proudly presents its beloved annual Small Wonders Exhibit, taking place from April 29 through May 30. As the second-largest showcase at Heartland, this exhibit always captivates visitors with over 140 miniature masterpieces, each piece measuring no larger than 12 x 12 inches. Featuring an impressive array of mediums—including ceramics, mixed media, acrylics, paper, glass & copper, pastels, photography, colored pencil, ink, digital art, book art, dry point etching, watercolor, and more—Small Wonders highlights the creativity and diversity of northern Indiana’s talented artists.

We extend our sincere thanks to Kolton Sizer, Curator of Education and Public Programming at the South Bend Museum of Art, for serving as this year’s judge. Everyone is warmly invited to join us for the closing reception and awards presentation on Friday, May 30, from 6 to 8 pm, featuring live music, appetizers, and refreshments. Awards will be announced at 7:30 pm. Congratulations to this year’s winners, and special thanks to our generous sponsors: Bowen Printing, Russell Kietzman, and Friend of Heartland—your commitment to supporting local art and artists makes events like this possible.
